It is founded 2012 by the pharmacist Hamza AL-Kadasi as a simple laboratory for a disinfectants industry where he achieved in collaboration with some of his colleagues success in the market then he took advantage gained by good reputation and a wide relationships the stone toward the desired goals.
Our core business is general trading and distribution of pharmaceutical products and cosmetics to private pharmacies, government hospitals and medical clinics. Now we are seeking to expand in this sector our experience and our potential and professional teamwork makes us aspire to get to top.

The marketing department is concerned in doing marketing and promotion business for those interested in our products in all cities and governorates of Yemen and working on preparation of advertising campaigns for products and familiarize the products to all physicians.
Research
The research department is concerned in market research and field studies to determine the products needed by the Yemeni market and study them to determine the size of market demand and competition for similar products and develop marketing plans and ways to promote them in the future.
Sales
Sales Department is concerned with the sales of customers from wholesalers, private and government hospitals, medical centers and pharmacies and working on customer service and satisfaction.

The warehouse department includes more than (11) warehouses distributed in all cities of Yemen. Three (3) main warehouses for the headquarters and eight (8) warehouses for the branches with a large capacity to make it able to accommodate any goods during the coming years.

Importing Department:
Importing department is working in coordination with the sales and warehouse department to determine the company needs of goods and communicate with our suppliers to manufacture, deliver and ship them on time to avoid any stock shortages in the pharmaceutical markets.
Public Relation and Business Development Department:
Public relation and business development department is working in coordination with the research department to provide the needs of the Yemeni market of products and search for manufacturers from around the world to establish business relations with them and marketing its products in the Yemeni markets.
Regulatory Affairs Department:
The regulatory affairs department is concerned with registration the manufacturers and their products in the official authorities and to facilitate the company's activities at the customs outlets and other governmental bodies
